We hiked, we snorkeled, and we ziplined. But our favorite activity was the Kauai ATV Waterfall Tour. You have two options: ride your own ATV, or they have dune buggies (mudbugs) that seat 2 or seat 4. This was really good for anyone who wanted to go along for the ride but didn't want the effort of driving. Almost all gear is provided (a T-shirt, camo pants, rubber boots, helmet, goggles). So pretty much nothing but a bit of my socks got dirty. Bring your own Tevas or Crocs and a bathing suit underneath. I wouldn't really recommend bringing a digital camera.
