The whales came right up to the boat!!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to go on a whale watch with the Pacific Whale Foundation in mid January. For starters the crew were very friendly and accomadating. Pacific Whale Foundation Lani Snorkel Trip W/ Dolphins

We have attempted to take this trip twice and have never made it to Lani. They go give you the opportunity to go another day but save yourself the hassle, they won't go. So far, this is my only whale watch, but I was so impressed. The staff were very friendly and knowledgible. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs which is a joy to see in a tourism based area. Whale watching

We were in Maui from March 14-23 and went on 4 trips with the Pacific Whale Foundation. Trips like these are highly dependent on whether you actually see something or not...if you don't it sucks, if you do it is the most amazing thing in the world.
