The good and the bad of Big Spring Park

The Good:
This is a great place to take a date or just to go enjoy the scenery. Especially so with the new additions. It is generally very clean and well taken care of. The concerts are also typically nice.

A nice place to spend an afternoon or evening

Big Spring Park is the place that every downtown should have, very tranquil and open on most days, yet full of life for major outdoor events. It has two duck ponds, a roaring spring fountain coming out of the base of a stone cliff, fish to feed, lots of open grassy areas, plenty of weeping willow...
