- We visited the Montgomery Zoo during Memorial Day weekend, and I must say it was fantastic! Very clean, not smelly, and a huge variety of animals. - It used to be a lot nicer and cleaner, seems to be getting worse. The reptile house has mostly boring animals, except one big lizard.
