This is Europe's highest lying zoo. (727 meters)

You can hike to the zoo or you can also ride the Hungerburg Bahn (a funicular). The ride is located at the corner of Rennweg and Erzherzog-Eugen Strasse. more on Yahoo! Travel

Although not exactly the most amazing zoo, it did feel unique. It wasn't typical of the rest of Innsbruck and the zoo itself had a different feel to anywhere else I've visited. I have to say, the girl in the gift ... more on Yahoo! Travel
