National Automobile Museum

Chronicling the history and progress of a machine essential to our modern culture, the National Automobile Museum is located along the banks of the Truckee River and is architecturally designed to look reminiscent of classic automotive styling. Inside, visitors will find four period street scenes with facades, cars, and artifacts reflecting the progress of the automobile. Next, more than two hundred antique, vintage, classic, and special interest vehicles are available for viewing, including rare, one-of-a-kind, and experimental cars. Audio tours, theater presentations, and docent-led tours are included in the price of admission. New exhibits are offered every year.
