I'll never go back

Im not sure what the appeal (assuming there is one) about this shop is. Cape-Able goes to great lengths to portray a rustic, old-school, hometown bike shop. Cyclist beware...

Several of my fellow cyclists and myself all came to our own conclusions after multiple episodes where Cape-Able Bike Shop talked down to us, did sloppy work, which actually resulted in a scratch on my bike (not a big deal, but I take obnoxious care for this bike and there were NO scratches upon ... I think my wife and I have been to nearly every shop in southern Maine resulting in quite the spectrum of customer service, price, and expertise. During my recent visit to southern Maine, including Kennebunkport, I stumbled upon Cape Able bike shop. It was like most other shops at first, then we got to talking, and I was taken aback. I would honestly have to say that my experiences are quite similar to the previous 2 writers. I had been going to this shop quite frequently starting about 2 years ago.
