Quite possibly one of California's odder town festivals (which is saying something), Tracy's September Dry Bean Festival does in fact celebrate beans, dry and otherwise. Events include food tastings (bean ice cream!), cook-offs, races, and art contests; there's also a block-square "Beantown" of booths.
