Great for picnics!
I've been enjoying Bates Nut Farm since I was a young child, and now that I have young children, it has become an even better trip out to the country! Directions
I-15 north to Via Rancho Parkway. Go right at the end of the exit, heading east. Via Rancho Parkway turns into Bear Valley Parkway. Stay on Bear Valley until it ends (approx 6 miles) to East Valley Parkway. Turn right on East Valley. Continue on this road for approximately 6 miles to Woods Valley Road. Turn right on Woods Valley and Bates Nut Farm is on left side, 3.5 miles up.
