great location-good package deal in May

The Avenue Inn has a great location just two blocks from Rehoboth's beach and boardwalk. We found our queen suite room comfortable for a family of four and liked that the sitting room had a pocket door which could be closed if the adults wanted to stay up and read, watch TV or talk. Loved it, with one exception

We stay here every summer and have since it opened. Its stayed very nice, not like many beach hotels that slowly disintegrate due to sand, water, wear and tear. My partner, myself, and our kids stayed at the Avenue Inn 7/29-8/4. We (my partner and I, no kids) had stayed there before on the off season when it's cheaper and we loved it, which is why we decided to give it a try for our family vacation. I'm kind of sorry we did. Very enjoyable

We actually stayed at the Avenue Inn II which is a part of the Avenue Inn. The room was very large and nicely decorated. Small amount of wallpaper was peeling, but no big deal. Family-Friendly hotel for our family vacation

We just returned from our 4-day vacation to Rehoboth Beach, and we had a lovely time. The Avenue Inn met all of our expectations, and exceeded them in many cases.
