Cheap but clean

Not a luxury but good for the money

... and decided to go to NJ to Park Ave Hotel to save some money. I'm glad I did. There were not any luxuries at the front desk nor in the room, but the room was clean, quite and a/c was working real cold. The bathroom even though shared ... businesstrip, a user of Tripadvisor. Horrible experience... ridiculously overpriced

... of its location because I couldn't seem to find a hotel in Hoboken but wanted to be as close to there as possible. Never seen anything worse

... Avenue Hotel. This is the worst kept hotel in history. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in years, the bed sheets looked like they were slept in many nights before we came so we were forced to sleep with our clothes on. ...
