Great fun for all ages and physical abilities

I am a midwestern 40-something soccer mom who was visiting Colorado Springs on business with two adventurous teenagers, another 40-something band-mom and her husband. I left my husband at home - smart woman that I am :) Anyway, we went down to Canon city to see the Royal Gorge (kind of a snooze) and the kids got sucked in by all the flashy white water rafting advertisements we saw along the way. What teenager wouldn't want to go white water rafting on summer break and post a picture on their My Space or Cell Phone screen saver, right?
