The high point (quite literally) of a week in the Durango, CO area was a flight in a sailplane at this facility. Despite weak lift conditions the pilot gave us (two in the back seat) a wonderful flight that lasted much longer than I expected it to. The views of the Animas Valley and surrounding... By A Yahoo!
