BIGTIME Second to noisy and rude

When booking, we were lead to believe that the place operated as a bed and breakfast. There was mention of the community bathrooms, which was fine, but not the noise. The hotel staff was nice & friendly.The bed was comfy except for the pillow(overuse). Excellent value for the $$$ considering what some places in the area want to charge. If you're looking to relax, this is not the place to go!

When looking for a Bed and Breakfast, we were recommended this place as being quaint and quiet. It was a totally different story when we arrived. The Calistoga Inn provides inexpensive lodgings in the Sonoma Valley wine country. (basic room rate in 'high' season was $75) It is located on the one main little street in Calistoga and is within walking distance of spas, restaurants and small stores.
