The food is simple for lunch, cheeseburgers are the favorite, but their rubin, shrimp and crab claws are also delicious. more on TripAdvisor

The staff is very friendly and they have a gift shop if you have to take a memento home. more on TripAdvisor

Off season rates are best, but mosquitos and no see ums can be a challenge in the summer as well as unpredictable weather. more on TripAdvisor

Plan to wait in season, between November and April, it's a popular place, but if you'd like to stay awhile, there are cabins and houses available at great rates. more on TripAdvisor
