Great experience for everyone!
We left early early in the morning from our hotel down the road. It was still dark out, but our tour guide was chipper and helped us get outfitted in wetsuits and snorkels. Very Impressed!
We took a manatee snorkle tour in Jan 07 & had a great time. The climate had been unusually warm - so the manatee population was not nearly what it could have been - but the fact that Bird's get you out in the water water before the other tour companies is a major plus. My teenage daughter and I just returned from a Birds Underwater manatee dive. It was truely magical.
