A tad overpriced, and needs to be a little cleaner

I hate to be a downer, but you leave the gulfarium feeling a little sorry for the animals. I'm not normally like that at zoos, but I've seen lots of animal parks, zoos and aquariums that had cleaner facilities. Great Little Side Trip!

Our family (children ages 13, 12, and 7) visited the Gulfarium in May 2006 and found everything to be in working order! We had spent the day before at Big Kahuna's waterpark and needed a break from the sun. This was the perfect place! I would strongly recommend arriving when we did - 12 noon. It was OK

We were actually dissapointed in the Gulfarium. We were there on June 22, 2004. Everyone was nice and all.. but the big dissapointment was the price of 17.25 for adults and 10.25 for kids 4-12 to get in the door. Why the dissapointment??
