Lots of variety and great service!

Empress is a nice get away for the Chicago-land area visitors and residents alike. With several casino boats to choose from in the area, I still prefer Empress over all of them. Tight machines, no comps, hotel dirty

Recently stayed at the Empress Casino Hotel in Joliet, Illinois. Room was dirty, dirty, dirty and desperately needed to be redone. Smelled like old smoke even though this was a non-smoking room.
