Nice getaway

We live in central Illinois and stay at Harrah's properties when visiting Las Vegas. So for a quick get away we (two of us) thought we'd try Harrah's in Joliet. Drove up for a Friday night stay, checked-in around 7:15 pm. Checked out on Saturday around 11:00 am. We ate, stayed and visited the casino all at Harrah's. Check in/out: Both very quick and easy. I had reserved our room on line. Show picture id, get some quick info from friendly desk staff, and off we go to the room. Check out was just as quick. Parking: There is not a lot of room to stage cars for valet parking. Valet Big John was very friendly and greeted us immediately upon pulling in the drive. Offered to take our luggage but we only had one bag, so we declined. When we were ready to check-out of the hotel, we called valet from the room and the car was waiting for us. Great service.
