I am guessing that great management can make all the difference in a hotel stay.
My company just hosted a product review (May 10th) for guests at this casino. Not only was the staff eager to please-but you can tell they love what they are doing. Not the Jackpot I expected
My husband and I stayed at the Horizon Casino resort one weekend when the other casinos in Vicksburg were all booked up. The staff was very friendly and the location was in the middle of Vicksburg. This is my first visit to the Horizon Casino and it is was a good one. On the day of arrival I was 3 hours late checking in. I had my reservation since 9/11/05 and my check in at that time was 3:00 p.m.. I called when I arrived in town and the staff that waited on me was very rude...they said ...
