Horrible drink service and poor gambling
We did not stay here, but went there to gamble. While gambling the drinks we ordered were horrible. My wife's Sierra Nevada beer was completely flat and my Cabernet was terrible. need to be very clear about your wants and needs
we were moved 3 times for a 3 day stay due to the room not meeting our needs. My mother was in a wheel chair so we needed a view for her to sit inthe room and enjoy. in all fairness i did not see where to request this . so it was not in my order. however after i told them of my need. they made it... patricia s., a user of travelocity.com.
