This place is magical. Since my children were small our family has visited at least once a year, usually in the spring. What a great place for family gatherings. This is a Houston-area treasure little known except by locals. It's in a beautiful setting right in the middle of suburban sprawl. Huge formal gardens are beautiful year-round.
