2.0: Poorly Managed Golf Course

This course needs lots of tender loving care. Fairways spotty, and greens very hard. 9 iron approches to greens bounce 4 feet in the air and always roll off the other side, and I use Pro V1 balls. 4.0: Quail Creek is an excellent golf coarse. What surprises me about it is how flat it is. Not entirely flat, but for a desert coarse you would expect more undulation that basically one hole.
