Too many players on the course

I found Penmar to be one of the nicest public 9 hole courses that I have ever played. You can even air out your driver a few times on this beautiful course. I don't know what everyone is crying about, Penmar is a great little course for $11.00. There's absolutely NO WHERE in the City of Los Angeles where you can play a round under 3 hours (and we're talking 9 holes).
