This is a nice course for the money. You can get a round of golf in for $10. The maintenece is ok, but watch out because sometimes you may just get a shower from their sprinklers going off durring play. Greens are in good shape too and the tees i would say are just average. This is a great place for a 9-hole round. If you haven't played it, or it's been a few years since your last round, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
