This course is one of the best kept courses I have played at. The tee boxes are all divot and dirt free, the fairways are green and divot free, and the greens are smooth and have no dry areas. Minnechaug is absolutely stunning. I got my first birdie here on th ninth hole. The eighth hole is the one you remember. It's a short par 3 with an island green.
