Must Read If You Are Considering SPC!

My wife and I returned from a week long stay in late May. It was our 3rd trip to Destin in the last 4 years and the second time we have stayed at Sandpiper Cove. If you are considering staying at Sandpiper Cove this review is a must read. Here's the honest scoop... Sandpiper Cove is an older property and a good number of the condos reflect that. The serious "condo hunter" will quickly discover some of the units are not well decorated or very modern in terms of appliances and so forth. However, some very nice recently renovated units can be found if you are willing to look a little bit. SPC does not offer many beach front units, but the beachside units are, in most cases, just as good as far as view and convenience to the beach. We have stayed in a beachside unit and a golf course/canal unit and both were more than satisfactory. Loved our stay!

We just came back from a stay at Sandpiper cove. We really enjoyed our stay. Sandpiper is a little older, but well taken care of. Every day we were there, we saw people out doing work to keep up a nice fresh appearance to the property. You can see exactly what you are getting if you visit there website.
