Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights from October 3. The hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us the wrong room but soon sorted out a lovely junior suite for us which was great. Nice hotel, horrible service.
The staff gave us wrong directions to the hotel while we were on the turnpike. It put us two hours out of our way. No apology given either when we checked in.
