Well maintained, but the WORST layout I've ever seen!!! It is a big hike, (I'm guessing over 1/2 mile sometimes) between the holes, meaning that if you want to walk, which is how the game is SUPPOSED to be played, your in for a long haul. This is a links style course on fairly flat land, but it is very challenging with a lot of risk reward. Many people absolutely adore the course and there is a lot to love.
