I had eaten at silo ridge a couple of months before Bongos had taken over and the food and service was great they had a chef who knew how the cook and they replaced him with a chef that is not fit to cook for the local Mcdonald's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more on Yahoo! Travel
