You know you're in for a somewhat unusual round when you're on the 1st tee and there's a busy street to the right of the hole. This is a short 18 hole course. 6000 from the tips. Short little course. Some funky little holes, #1 is a 90 yard par three. A lot of layup holes, but also some holes you can cut it loose on with a driver. Apparently things haven't changed much from the two reviews below.
