The nicest feature (other than free hot dogs and sodas at the turn) is the numerous sets of tee boxes that allows any level of player to find a fair test of their ability. more on GolfReview

The lack of tree cover can get some greens a little crunchy, but the staff does a good job keeping the course in playable shape. more on GolfReview

My only complaint is that you do not hit driver on holes 1 or 2 and then there is a 4 holes stretch on the back (11, 12, 13, andd 14) that you can't (shouldn't) hit a driver. more on GolfReview

The course is fairly open and they haven't finished building the neighborhood around it, so it has an unfinished quality to it, but that is much better than the feel of its sister course (Hedingham in Raleigh) where the people can watch you hit from their bedroom window. more on GolfReview
