Played championship course and was a true joy. Very long course but no surprises. Everything is pretty much right in front of you. Played the Champions course and had a great time. Still cant figure how it hosted SR. event. It is good golf course just seemed easy for professionals, even if the move flags around. I played the Tanglewood Champion's Course when I was in town for business. This is an absolute gem of a course. 50+ year old Robert Trent Jones courses that can be played affordably are not that common, and finding one that hosted a major (1974 PGA Championship) is even more rare.
