Great course, bad cart policy.

Well maintained. Good layout. Have golfed it half-dozen times, and they have always enforced "Cart Path Only". This slows play down a little bit and you actually find yourself trying to hit shots toward the cart path. They say they normally enforce 90 degree rule, but every time they've cited... By A Yahoo!
