Fair Wind & Hula Kai (New Boat)--we've enjoyed both!

I KNOW all of you who visit TripAdvisor (fairly regularly) have your favorite choices when it comes to snorkel/dive tour operators on repeat visits to The Big Island. And, there are numerous side trips available--probably too many to mention here. We had a very enjoyable snorkel/dive tour on the "Hula Kai"--the latest addition to the "Fair Wind Family". What a nice craft! It's big; it holds about 40 passengers (I think). The boat has a smaller upper deck--perfect for viewing--and a much larger lower deck complete w/ a galley area and 2 nice restrooms. It's a clean, sleek and powerful new catamaran (55-ft Technicraft) that whisks you away to a couple of remote, quiet dive spots on the island's marine-protected west side.
