This museum is large and really pretty. Skylit galleries, an interesting collection--mostly American and European works. Not a lot of depth for any one artist, but very good breadth of a collection. Treasures of the world right here
I also choose to revisit the museum every time I am in Pittsburgh since I moved away. If you are a fan of ancient history/architecture, the museum has one of the only remaining plaster casts of the great Greek statues as well as life size cathedral doors. Who hasn't heard the name Carnegie. That name is associated with music, theater and art. It is a magnificent place. Just being in the Music Hall Foyer you get a sense of greatness.
