Great tour, excellent narration and wonderful experience

We had a blast

Panning for gold is one of those truly memorable experiences you can have in Alaska, and the El Dorado Gold Mine is a great place to do it. There is a train ride, with folksy, country-type entertainment, and some discussions by a "real Alaskan mining couple" where they explain how the gold is found in a Placer deposit.
