First off I am a hairdresser. I have been for many years. But once you leave a shop you have to get your hair done some where. NO RUSH TO RETURN

I was 20 minutes early for my 3 treatments (massage/facial/haircut). The receptionists called the wrong name for 15 minutes past my scheduled Appt.
