When you enter "The Busted Lift" from the upstairs..it is impossible to imagine that just a staircase away....a wonderful/magical experince is waiting for you....the history is fascinating....one just falls in love with the place. My new favorite Dubuque bar

When I was growing up in Dubuque, the drinking nightlife didn't seem so appealing. From my perspective most people drank at home.
