This be ... moreing Louisville, they offer plenty of meat dishes as well, taking advantage of the rich cuisine of the region. There's a bit of everything available, and they just state they serve American cuisine, to explain the offerings of everything from Moroccan Steak to Sweet Potato & Apple Salad with Tofu. Definitely worth a try if you're eating on a budget.
