I was disappointed that a trail I would rather have taken was closed and the caves were unavailable, but I still had a great time hiking to the reservoir and having lunch in the park amidst squirrels and woodpeckers. more on Epinions.com

Some early hikers were leaving, and we got very lucky to get a parking spot right at the trailhead. more on TripAdvisor

In the daytime, you can easily spot lizards, a family of woodpeckers that live in the oaks around the pool, and lots of ground squirrels. more on Epinions.com

The signs for open sites said One Night Only and then something to the effect of If you want to stay longer, please check with the campground office. more on TripAdvisor
