I write this from my perspective as a little kid. I havent been there in ages! I should go though, i heard its only like 2 dollars to get in. The oringal sutters fort no longers stand. A great place to teach the kids some history about the old west!
I took the kids here to teach them a little of their own ancestry. We are direct descendants of the Bidwells, so I thougt this would be a fun place for them to see. If they're fairly well-behaved, kids can run around a bit. There are rooms with doors open and when they look in, electonic sensors ... Mystified_One, a user of Tripadvisor.
