Exhibits include farm implements from 1862-1900, an original furnished log cabin from 1867, and artifacts used by homesteaders. more on Epinions.com

The rangers hold several programs throughout the year and a list can be found by going to www.nps.gov /home There is no camping at Homestead, but the nearby community of Beatrice provides facilities for RV's and tents. more on Epinions.com
