It's not difficult to find a parking space, but I certainly wouldn't go there after dark, it is in an urban area. more on TripAdvisor

This is a great FREE attraction!

The monument itself has beautiful bronze plates of artwork on all sides. Two cast soldiers stand at the entrance.
