Plymouth Rock was the landing site for the first Pilgrims aboard the Mayflower in 1620. This iconic symbol has a rich history and is surrounded by a memorial as well as a replica of the original Mayflower called the Mayflower II. The rock is now housed in the “Forefather’s Monument”, which was constructed over a period of many years.
