... 8 enjoyed the food and atmosphere tremendously. The service was so bad that we gave up trying to get better! ... born and raised Kansas Citian and I have to say 18th and Vine is a very nice spot to visit. I enjoy the Peachtree restaurant as well as the Blue Room.
