Directions

From west: I-84 to I-384 to Route 6. Left at South Street to Hale Homestead. From east: I-84 to Coventry (Exit #67); follow Route 31 south. Turn left at junction with Route 44, and right on Silver Street. At end of Silver Street turn left onto South Street and continue to Homestead, on right.

Miscellaneous

  • Admission: Adults $4; Youths to 18 and Students (with a valid ID) $2; Children under six are free. A&L members free.
  • Collections: Today the Hale’s family home is a museum open seasonally for tours and education programs. The property is visited annually by around 3,500 people. Its mission is to preserve the legacy of Capt. Nathan Hale through education programs, living history experiences, and the interpretation of the site.
