Wear tennis shoes to climb--they don't let you go up in flip flops, etc. Carry your camera in a pocket so hands are free to climb. They ask you tou lock large bags in the car. My kids and I went to tour the lighthouse. The cost was minimal and the experience great. However, you will have to be able to climb 105 stairs.
