Worth the trip!! A Must see attraction in Salem.

This should be rated as the top 10 attractions in the city! We visited here with my then 5 year old child during Halloween and we were very surprised. Pirate Museum just Okay

I had high hopes for the Pirate Museum, but thought it was just okay. It is too kiddy for adults (wax figures that do nothing, no special effects, nada) and too adult for kids (no hands-on learning activities). No pretend ship for little ones to play pirate on? Take Rte. 128 North, Exit 25A and follow Rte. 114 East. In Salem, follow signs to Waterfront, and The New England Pirate Museum.

May-Oct 10am-5pm. Open late some nights during Haunted Happenings and weekends in Nov
