Bad tour guide! Nice house.

I live here in Nashville, and I took my parents to the Belmont Mansion for a tour. The website gave a time frame as to when the house was open so we randomly chose a time of 1:00pm. Once you find the place, (it's located on the Belmont University grounds) and park in the Belmont Mansion guest parking space, you walk up to the house and ring ... needs better tour guides

I have to agree with the previous man who said they need better tour guides & staff. First off we couldn't find the Mansion so I called them on my cell.
